Is Redesigning Naira notes not shameful?

This is a Poem written by Ustadh Faesol Abdulrahman with the the Tittle:

أما كانت إعادة تصميم ورقات نيرا عارا؟
Is Redesigning Naira notes not shameful?
أنُغيِّرُ الورقاتِ والدولارُ
                ينمو وقيمةُ مالنا تنهارُ؟

أنغيّر الورقاتِ في نيجيريا 
          لم ذا وليس يريدها الأقطارُ

أنغيّر الورقات واستيرادنا
           يعلو على التصدير يا تجّارُ

منهم ندين بمالهم وبمالنا
    نُفنِي ونقضي الدين مما اختاروا

أنغيّر الورقات قصدَ إفادة
             للشعب أم بقلوبنا أوطارُ؟

أليسعد الفقراء أو لنزيدهم
          فقرا فيخطر بالقلوب فرارُ؟

أنريد جعل الياء واوا للورى
              فيكونَ نورٌ أم بألفِ نارُ

إن لم يكنْ
          للشعب في تغييرها
                 سبدٌ ولا لبدٌ فهذا عارُ

Is changing or redesigning our notes sensible while dollars keep growing and the value our money keep crumbling?

What the essence of changing or redesigning a note which is not recognized and welcomed by other nations?

Why are we lingering about changing our notes while the rate of  exportation keep bowing before that of importation?

We borrow in dollars, spend in naira, and pay our debt back in dollars... Is something not wrong?

Are we changing the notes to benefit the citizens or we have another reason behind the scene?

Is it for the poor to be happy or increase their poverty until they think of fleeing and relocating?

Is our aim to make Naira glow or make it a blazing fire?

If there is nothing for the citizens to gain in changing and redesigning the notes, then IT IS A BIG SHAME!

It's a very big question. But since the development surfaced, dollar exchange rate to naira is dropping, though, very low.
