WHO IS USTADH LUQMAN ISALEKOTO?

He is Mukhtar Lukman Abiodun Isalekoto, he was born in the ancient city of Ilorin, in 1970s to the family of Sheikh Muhammed Busari Bin Muktar Isalekoto. His father was a prominent Islamic scholar in Ilorin. As such, Lukman can also be said to have followed the path of his predecessors.

Lukman began his education under his father's watch at a very tender age, his father Sheik Muhammed Busari Bin Muktar thought him elementary Arabic and Islamic knowledge. Lukman was able to grasp quickly and as such he proceeded to Darul Uloom Isalekoto within 1990 to 1995. He furthered his Islamic education at the popular Markaz Taalim Arabyy in Agege, Lagos within 1995 and 1997.

Being a child who comes from a pure Islamic Background, his father deemed it important for him to get the Islamic education first before obtaining any western education. He attended Saint Williams Primary School, Ilorin, then, Baboko Community Secondary school, and had his undergraduate course at  University of Ilorin. Lukman Obtained a B.Sc. in Accounting and MBA(Management in Business Admin) in 2003 and 2012. He latter proceeded to Birmingham City University, United Kingdom to obtain an MSc(Master of Science) in Accounting and Finance within 2015 and 2016.

Mukhtar Lukman Abiodun has worked through the years with a lot of administrative and accounting experience, both home and abroad. He is currently an accountant at University of Ilorin. Also, Chief imam at both Bisiriyu Ali Memorial Central Mosque located at Afon Ilorin and Saidu alikali central Mosque Located at tawheed road basin. Also deputy imam at Al muhsinoon Islamic Association UK, Also a founder of Al- hikmah Al- baligah Islamic organization, C.E.O Al-hikmah Al-baligah enterprises. Lukman is a preacher on many radio and Television stations among which are SOBI FM (101.9) Ilorin, Royal FM, Midland FM e.t.c. He is a lover of knowledge, with his knowledge and years of experience in educational field, he penned his first book on may 2022📚 titled:-  Al bayan ( clear Expression).

This is an Arabic Poemic description of ustadh Luqman Isalekoto:

فَهْوَ الْحَكِيمُ الَّذِي بِالْفَضْلِ نَعْـرِفُـهُ

وَبِـالْهُدَى جَـاءَ والْـأَكْـوَانُ تَـنْـتَصِرُ

مَثِيلُـهُ فِي الْوَرَى قَدْ شَذَّ يَا أُمَمِي

وَالْقَوْلُ فِي فِيـهِ إِعْجَابٌ كَذَا دُرَرٌ

إِنِّي أَرَاهُ ضِيَـاءً فِي الـظَّلَـامِ وَكَـمْ

يُـفِـيدُ كُـلًّا وَبِـالْعِـرْفَـانِ مُـشْـتَـهِـرٌ

مُجَـدِّدُ الْعَـصْرِ عِـلْـمًا دُونَـمَا رِيَبٍ

لُقْـمَـانُـنَـا لَا عَرَاكَ الْبُؤْسُ وَالضَّرَرُ

Translation:

He's a philosopher also a well known Scholar with respect, from his Guidance people has chosen the right path.

O my people, indeed, One of his Kind is rare, verily in every intonation he gives pearls.

I see him as a light which lead from the darkness of ignorance with his knowledge, with this he became a popularly known Scholar globally.

Lies not, he's a regormator of the world with his knowledge, O "Luqman" may you not encounter any difficulties.
