ADELEKE SACKED BY ELECTION PETITION TRIBUNAL

The ruling Governor of Osun state_Senator Ademola Adeleke was sacked by an Election Petition Tribunal claiming the prove of Overvoting in some polling units across the State.

The Tribunal chaired by Justice Tertse Kume sacked him as the Governor of the state while The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) ordered the withdrawal of the Certificate of Return issued to him on to Adegboyega Oyetola with immediate effect.
