"KING OF BOYS" is a Nollywood movie written and directed by KEMI ADETIBA also the protagonist SOLA SOBOWALE plotting the history of ALHAJA ENIOLA SALAMI(Business woman and Politician). It's a movie that showcase the political act of formulation and sorts of political games and propaganda on what goes on in the political gimmicks and the affairs in Government houses, it also shed light to the Power of Journalism to Nation polity as the forth estate of the realm.

Journalistically, the movie showcase the vital role of the press in the society as the forth estate of the realm by Journalist Dapo Banjo, who work as a reporter for "THE CONSCIENCE" Newspaper, whose father was murdered for doing the right thing journalistically.

Journalist Dapo abandoned his family (Mother, wife(Aisha) and his son) lodging with his friend, also he losses sleep having sleepless nights all days with his high passion for his profession as a Journalist to fetch the factual information behind the ambition of ENIOLA SALAMI for running for Governor's office after the death of her children and husband by the political trails, also what gives her the name "KING OF BOYS".

"As member of Press, it's our duty as the conscious of the people to stand up and speak for what is right...for the truth" Dapo stated.

Initially, it was revealed that Journalist Dapo was performing his duty as an ethical Journalist but later revealed by the Managing Editor of the organization (who is a friend to Dapo's father) the secret behind the First-lady to Governor (Tunde Randle) and a Journalist of nincompoop variety (Dapo) to sabotage ALHAJA ENIOLA SALAMI's image and president as well, as a form of Defamation and Sensationalism. It was revealed that his source of information was not factual.

"I feel personally responsible for the reprehensible behaviour of my former employee (Dapo Banjo), his father was my friend... a respected Journalist and a trusted associate...(sigh) he deserves better than this" M- editor stated.

Apparently, the movie figuratively illustrate the hazardous beat of Journalism as an Investigative Journalist in a way to set up with a letter bomb to kill Journalist Dapo, which he eventually escaped it , as it was happened to Dele Giwa in the Nigeria press 1986, Historically.

Furthermore, it illustrate some lessons for a  Journalist to be ethical and upright in his/her profession and avoid any act of sensationalism, it also gives the lesson that any Journalist who strive for the Truth must have the Ambition to withstand any forms of challenges. Journalism is the harvest of truth, stay away from Yellow or Gozon Journalism.
